You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

The Service offers two pricing options: (a) Pay-per-use at $19 per property comparison, or (b) Monthly subscription at $79/month for unlimited comparisons.
For pay-per-use, you purchase credits that are deducted when you create a new property comparison. Each comparison allows up to 10 offers per property. New accounts receive one free credit ($19 value).
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information. By purchasing credits or subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and will not affect existing account balances or active subscriptions.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI algorithms, are owned by OfferGridAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the offer documents you upload and the data extracted from them. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.
Offer documents uploaded to the Service are processed by our AI system and converted to structured data. Original documents are processed securely and data is stored to enable comparison features.
Extracted offer data (buyer information, prices, terms, contingencies, risk scores) is stored to allow you to review and export your comparisons. You may delete your properties and associated data at any time.
We understand that real estate offer data is sensitive and confidential. We do not share your offer data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFERGRIDAI AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
